How To Order
- 1) Print and complete our Order Form.
- 2) Prepare your film, prints, or tape being sure to count the number of slides, prints, or individual frames of film. Then package for shipment with our completed Order Form enclosed.
- 3) Ship to us at the address listed on our Order Form, then email letting usknow not only that a shipment is on the way, but also what is included.
- 4) Once we receive and inventory your shipment we will email you confirming the details of the order, and giving you an anticipated completion date.
5) When finished and prepared for return shipment we will invoice you via email. You will have the option of returning that invoice with a check or money order made out to New World Digital Arts via mail, or you can use the PayPal link included in the emailed invoice and complete payment via credit card, e-check, or ACH bank withdrawal. When you choose PayPal, New World Digital Arts never sees your personal bank or credit card information. We simply receive your payment deposited to our own PayPal account.- 6) As soon as PayPal notifies us of your payment, or we receive your money order or check and it has cleared, we will return ship your original slides, prints, etc. along with CDs or DVDs containing your image files, and we will email to confirm shipment.
- 7) Hopefully you will be delighted with your newly digitized film, prints, or tape and will let us know. If you are not, please let us know about that too. At New World Digital Arts we are dedicated to doing the right things right, and that means not only providing you with the highest possible quality slide scanning, film scanning and photo scanning services; it also means that no job is ever finished until you are happy with the results.
